Acceptance

By sending a brief, booking a Bourton session, or holding a series number, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a brief. We may refuse work that would present unofficial art as a licensed Marvel cover.

The studio and the site

Signal Framehub operates from 52 Henley Road,Bourton,TF13 8LT,United Kingdom. The website describes cover commissions, collector-series allocations, homage treatments, print companions, and studio briefings. Prices on the site are informational. We do not take card payments on these pages.

Nature of the work

Covers are original parody drawings. They are not official Deadpool or Marvel merchandise. You must not market a finished cover as licensed. Homage notes in metadata are part of the deliverable and must travel with any mint you arrange.

Briefs, deposits, and timetable

A custom cover is not reserved until we accept the brief in writing and receive the 40% desk deposit described on the rates page. Timetables of four to six weeks are estimates from an agreed pencil start, not from the first email. We may pause work if reference comics you promised do not arrive.

Intellectual property

Pencil and colour files remain the copyright of Signal Framehub until the final invoice is paid. On payment you receive a licence to mint the agreed edition size and to display the cover privately or in your own collector listing, provided the listing states the work is unofficial parody. You may not extend the edition, strip the homage note, or use the drawing on apparel without a separate written licence. We may show the cover in our series gallery unless you object in the brief.

Your mint

You (or a mint you appoint) create the token. We supply the image and a metadata sheet. We are not a marketplace, wallet provider, or broker. Gas, listing fees, and smart-contract choices are yours. We are not responsible for a third-party mint that fails, freezes, or mislabels the work.

Print companions

Signed sheets match the agreed colour file. We replace prints damaged in our packing. We do not frame. Original comics you bring to Bourton remain yours; we will not store them overnight without a written note.

Liability

We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for a commission is limited to the fees you paid for that commission. We are not liable for lost token value, secondary-market prices, or listings that ignore the unofficial nature of the parody. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under UK law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts.
