Privacy
This notice explains how Signal Framehub uses personal information when you read the site, send a cover brief, hold a series number, or visit the Bourton studio.
Data controller
Signal Framehub is the controller. Write to 52 Henley Road,Bourton,TF13 8LT,United Kingdom or hello@signal-framehub.world. Telephone 07925266878.
What we collect
From a brief: name, email, the commission you selected, optional briefing date, optional edition size, and the message (homage sources, costume notes). From a studio visit we may keep a paper attendance note. We do not ask for wallet addresses, seed phrases, identity documents, or payment-card numbers on this website.
Why we use it
We use brief details to reply, quote, schedule Bourton time, and produce the cover. The legal bases are our contract with you (or steps before a contract) and, for studio safety notes, legitimate interests in running a small workshop. If you accept analytics cookies, we use a visit count on that basis of consent. See the cookies page.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after 18 months. Accepted commission files, invoices, and homage notes are kept for six years after the final invoice, which matches how long a collector may need the provenance text. Print postage addresses are removed 12 months after dispatch unless tax records still need them.
Who we share with
A named colourist may see the brief if they are finishing the cover. A UK printer sees a name and address when a companion sheet is posted. We do not sell collector lists. Hosting for this static site may process technical logs. We do not pass briefs to marketplaces.
International transfers
If email or static hosting stores a copy outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses used by that host. Cover files themselves are sent by encrypted transfer we agree with you in the brief.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Where we rely on consent for analytics cookies, you may withdraw it without affecting the cover work. Because we do not run automated decisions about collectors, there is no profiling of that kind to opt out of.
Children
We do not take briefs from people we know to be under 18. Parody covers in this series are aimed at adult collectors.
