Custom Deadpool parody cover commission

An original unofficial Deadpool parody cover, drawn to a brief, then issued as a numbered NFT comic cover with an optional signed print.

Open comic pages with bold inked figures on a studio table

Who it is for. Collectors who want a one-off homage cover rather than a licensed reprint, plus small groups pooling an edition for a private drop.

What you leave with. A finished cover (pencils, inks, colour, trade dress) plus a mint instruction sheet and, if booked, a signed A3 companion print.

Rates. From £1,850 for a single cover with an edition plan up to 50. Larger editions and foil-style treatments are quoted after the pencil round.

Included

  • Written brief call or studio visit notes
  • Two pencil rounds and one inked pass
  • Full colour and cover copy (title, issue number, parody trade dress)
  • Token metadata sheet: title, edition size, attributes, colour notes
  • Print-ready TIFF at 300 dpi for the companion sheet

Left out

  • Official Marvel marks, logos, or licensed character likenesses presented as authentic
  • Marketplace listing fees, wallet setup, or gas
  • Interior pages, pin-ups beyond the cover, or animation
  • Rush schedules shorter than three weeks

Cover work is drawn and lettered at Signal Framehub in Bourton, Shropshire. Colour may be finished in-studio or with a named colourist listed on the proof.

How the cover moves

  1. You send a brief: homage target (Silver Age splash, 90s foil, movie poster, etc.), joke, and edition size.
  2. We return a costume and pose board so the parody stays clearly unofficial.
  3. Pencils, then inks. You pick one direction.
  4. Colour and trade dress. A paper proof is available in Bourton.
  5. You receive files and the mint instruction sheet. We do not operate a checkout.

Time, place, and prep

Four to six weeks from an agreed brief. Homage covers that need extra costume research can run to eight.

Digital files by encrypted transfer. Prints collected in Bourton or posted within the United Kingdom. NFT minting is done by you or your chosen mint; we supply the cover and metadata, not a storefront.

Bring three reference covers you actually own or have held, not a mood board of screenshots. Note whether the mouth, katanas, and fourth-wall caption are in or out.

We will not draw official trade dress that could be mistaken for a Marvel product. Parody must be visible in costume, lettering, or gag. Edition sizes above 250 require a second colour proof.
